My story:

At age 17 I was 228 pounds. I played hockey, but obviously my speed suffered. Also, my social life was lacking. I did not have the confidence to play hockey, talk to friends, and I did not think girls wanted to look at me. After practice one day, my hockey coach told me I needed to lose at least 20 lbs, or I would not get alot of ice time the following season. So over the summer I tried my best to lose the weight. I lost 18 pounds, and everything in my life got noticeably better. I loved the results, so I kept going. I ended up winning some transformation awards which felt very good.

Diet principles:

Diet is 80% of the battle. My diet emphasizes eating clean foods for the most part. Timing is also key in my opinion. I start my diet off with two simple tactics that should ignite your metabolism and get you shredding fat in no time. My plan won't have any fancy scientific explanations nobody can understand, I will explain to you what works and it is as simple as that

Exercise principles:

With my plan you primarily lose fat. However, you can slowly build muscle too. Weight lifting is key, you will be lifting weights three + times a week. There will be cardio involved as well. If you follow the plan your physique will transform in front your eyes.
