Crossfit Bath 7 Week Paleo Challenege - Male Winner
My story:
Finally finished my 7 week Paleo challenge at crossfit Bath and won the competition!
Diet principles:
I'm following the Paleo diet plan (with one or two cheats ...like caffeine :)

OK, so I got a bit Lazy and didn't finish off my food diary but it remained almost exactly the same during the last 2 weeks as the first 5
