My story:

I had been using the CrossFit training method for some time, and wondered how much change was possible if I was not only to follow it to the letter, but also the recommended CrossFit nutrition plan - The Zone Diet. So I chose to document 100 days, taking a photograph every day, and logging exactly what I had done. A side effect of this has been dramatic body fat loss! however my main goal of increasing my fitness has been so succesfull, I plan to enter the CrossFit Games next year (see website for details http://games2009.crossfit.com). If the idea of CrossFit training interests you download my plan and then come visit us at www.crossfitbath.com

Diet principles:

The Zone Diet

Exercise principles:

Our philosophy is based around constantly varied functional movements performed at a high intensity!

Our fitness, being "CrossFit", comes through molding men and women that are equal parts gymnast, olympic weightlifter, and a multi-modal sprinter or "sprintathlete".

Develop the capacity of a novice 800-meter track athlete, gymnast and weightlifter and you'll be fitter than any world class runner, gymnast or weightlifter. Crossfit encorporates metabolic conditioning ("cardio"), gymnastics and weightlifting to forge the world's fittest men and women
