My story:

I went from 128 pounds to 175 pounds in around 9 months. I was really skinny and unhappy and decided to change my life, I doubled my strength using my custom diet/ Training/ Supplement program. I have since become sponsored and also was featured on the homepage of bodybuilding.com as the teen transformation of the week. I currently gain both mass and strength every week and attained my 190 bodyweight at 16, and am also aiming for a 475 pound deadlift in two months. My plan worked on me and Im sure it will work for you. I

Eat smart, Eat often understand that you can cheat sometimes and still be ok. Also eat enough Calories, protein and carbs. More inside program.

Josh is a friend of mine and I have to thank him for helping me gain 15 pounds a couple of months of muscle. Josh knows what hes talking about and I am considering buying his plan because he wont send it to me lol. Diffidently worth 20 bucks cause that like a buck a pound in the first 2-4 months.
