My story:

My story begins as an overweight 12 year old child, after years of ridicule I made the decision to lose weight. The weight loss was the right choice, the way I went about it was wrong and i was left with an eating disorder.
I began restricting calories and cutting out swets then I eliminated certain food groups completely. My body would hit plateaus and no longer respond at which point I would try something new. Over exercising, bingeing and purging just to name a few.
I was physically and emotionally drained from years of abuse. Eating disorders can destroy your life if you let them.
5 years ago atthe age of 24, I decided to take control of my life again. Goal setting became a priority for me, I set out to compete in my first figure competition. Gaining lean muscle mass became a top priority, my diet changed drastically I began eating healthy fats, complex carbohydrates and lean protein every 2-3 hours.
I was thrilled when I placed 2nd and went on to compete in four other competitions. I owe all my accomplishments to my strong will and dedication.
Today I'm happy and healthy. I have improved my mental clarity, gained lean muscle mass, increased energy and vitality.
I'm now dedicated more then ever to helping others take control of their lives and reach their goals of weight control, gaining lean muscle mass and making healthy decisions.

Diet principles:

A minimum of 4 to 5 mini meals a day
2 to 3 Litres of water a day
A variety of fresh fruits and vegetables, lean protein, complex carbs and healthy fats

Weight training 4 days a week
Split training programs example: Chest/Bi's/Abs , Shoulders/Tri's, Legs/Calves, Back/Abs
Cardio 5 days a week 30- 45 min
